Start with your own life
You will not be trusted with a company's systems if your own laptop is a mess. This lesson is a checklist. Work through it once, properly, and most of it never needs doing again.
Passwords: length beats complexity
The old rule taught in schools — one capital, one digit, one symbol — produces Password@123, which is in every attacker's first thousand guesses. The modern rule is different.
Length is what matters. Four or five unrelated words make a passphrase that is long, easy to type and easy to remember: copper-lentil-window-42.

A pass opens the paid lessons of every course, the mock test papers
